About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team at DLA Piper Australia in Melbourne. As a key member of our client floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the Front of House and Catering team to deliver high-quality food and beverage services to our clients.
  • Ensure that all client floor requirements are met, including efficient and professional service delivery, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Liaise with Property & Workplace Manager to ensure that staffing and resource levels are appropriate to planned activities and service levels.
  • Manage supplier invoices and ensure that they are approved and uploaded to the DLA invoicing system in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure that all equipment and utensils are stored in a hygienic and organized manner.
  • Follow closing procedures to ensure that the facilities are left in an organized and hygienic condition.
  • Attend operations and events meetings as required.
About You
  • You have a strong background in customer service and experience in managing a team.
  • You are able to work efficiently as a team player and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to interact with varying stakeholders.
  • You are able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • You have a good knowledge of suppliers and are able to manage inventory and resources effectively.
