About the Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced front of house crew to join our Kisumé team at Lucas Restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will work with talented professionals in the industry, delivering outstanding service and contributing to the success of our iconic restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent results
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and restaurant operations
Develop strong relationships with guests, building loyalty and driving repeat business

Requirements:
Experience as a runner or waitstaff in a premium venue
Ability to confidently handle a section of 6-7 tables
Advanced food and wine knowledge is highly regarded
Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Ability to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
Must have an RSA certificate
