The Role
  • You will manage and oversee the Projects team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain compliance to the PMP process across the region, involved in project reviews, kickoffs, bid sign offs, and sales handovers.
Your Challenge
  • Deliver a project in a brownfield environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with all major key stakeholders consistent with a construction project.
  • Develop a strategy and establish/adjust structures.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Complex Industrial Automation project delivery of Electro-Mechanical nature.
  • PMP Certification and Engineering related tertiary or diploma education.
  • Leadership of people with a technical engineering profile.
  • Exceptional ability to develop and manage key stakeholder relationships from scratch.
