This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our organization. As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will be instrumental in shaping the skills and knowledge of our clinical and direct care staff.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Residential Aged Care Facility in Perth's South Eastern suburbs. The successful candidate will work closely with our senior management team, reporting to the Clinical Lead and Quality Manager.
The role involves identifying training needs for clinical and direct care staff, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating with managers, clinical nurses, and staff to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the training needs of clinical and direct care staff
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs
- Work collaboratively with managers, clinical nurses, and staff
In addition to developing and delivering workshops, training programs, and activities that support client-centered care and service delivery requirements, you will also be responsible for coordinating mandatory training requirements for staff and credentialing support workers.
