Security Training Manager Lead

The Security Training Manager role at Scentre Group is a pivotal position within our Westfield destinations, focusing on developing and delivering comprehensive security training programs.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging workshops, designing tailored content to address capability gaps, and working with external training providers to enhance the security skills of our centre teams.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of developing and delivering results in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and Delivering Training Programs: Create and facilitate interactive training sessions for diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.
- Enhancing Security Capabilities: Design training programs focused on critical incident response and other essential security skills to strengthen centre teams.
- Providing Coaching and Support: Offer ongoing coaching to centre teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Partnering with Security Experts: Collaborate with specialized security training providers to implement tailored programs across the portfolio.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Track and assess the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring they remain fit-for-purpose and improve security capabilities.
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience, plus a range of unique benefits designed to support your wellbeing, career development, and lifestyle.
