We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our successful team working with the Director.

Job Description:

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and estimating projects from start to finish. You will work closely with site supervisors to ensure smooth site operations and resolve any challenges that may arise.

Your duties will include communicating and liaising regularly with sub-contractors and suppliers, assisting with procurement, ensuring deadlines are met, and providing assistance through the whole project process from estimation to handover.

You will also collaborate with consultants and engineers regularly to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and estimate projects from start to finish

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management or similar
  • 4-8 years' experience in a coordination/estimating role or with a head contractor (ideally with some residential experience)
  • Proven end-to-end project management skills from concept through to completion
  • Exposure to program management, managing timelines and critical paths
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Strong estimating and cost planning ability

We are now looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our successful Sydney team working with the Director. Ideally looking for a candidate who is available to start as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will come from either a head contractor or residential background, though residential experience is highly preferred. You'll have the opportunity to work on nice, high-end projects and enjoy clear pathways for career progression.
