ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and liaising with key stakeholders.
This is a role with clear potential for advancement, offering strong support and the opportunity to contribute to projects that deliver real community impact.
DUTIES.
Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors Read and interpret plans Negotiation Prepare tender submissions SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar Demonstrated ability to win new build commercial/residential projects Strong written and verbal communication CULTURE.
