Job Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned occupational therapist looking for a leadership role that combines clinical expertise with management responsibilities?

We are seeking an Occupational Therapy Team Leader to join our team, responsible for supervising and mentoring occupational therapists, as well as contributing to the overall success of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor occupational therapists in operational and clinical aspects of their caseload
  • Contribute to payroll, statistical analysis, and reviews of team members
  • Deliver continuing education initiatives across disciplines
  • Monitor team performance and wellbeing outcomes
  • Direct report to State Manager on team performance
  • Balance referrals and caseloads across teams

Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration

Valid driver's license and car

Experience in NDIS sector
