Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously on your own caseload, providing services to clients in their homes through home care packages and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
You will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy assessments and interventions, arranging home modifications and equipment, and developing therapy programs to improve clients' daily routines and independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients with NDIS and Home Care Package funding
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to enhance clients' daily routines and independence
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide support for clients and refer to appropriate services as needed
- Review and update therapy programs to ensure ongoing progress and achievement of client goals
