Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Allied Health Team. Our team values individual skills, experience, and opportunities for learning and growth.
About the Role:This position involves delivering person-centred and holistic support services to clients in their homes. You will build capacity and give clients choice and control over their care.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery: Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, prioritising their needs and goals.
- Capacity Building: Work collaboratively with clients to identify and achieve their goals, promoting independence and self-management.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication with clients and carers.
- Qualifications: Graduate Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in CHSP or NDIS settings, demonstrating expertise in occupational therapy practice.
- Skills: Proficient in outcome measures: ADL assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Who-DAS, Low Vision Assessment.
- Above-Award Salary: Starting from $120K+ super based on experience, providing a competitive remuneration package.

- Caseload Management: 67% KPI Caseload, allowing for efficient management and focus on client outcomes.
- Work-Life Balance: Full-time preferred, part-time considered with working hours Monday to Friday, promoting work-life balance and flexibility.
