Senior Pega Analyst Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating regular workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs using design thinking principles and techniques.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops to gather stakeholder requirements;
  • Ensuring continual alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations through playbacks and walkthrough reviews;
  • Participating in project team design workshops and reviewing designs where applicable;
  • Documenting specifications under the oversight of the Enterprise Business Solution Lead and Lead Pega Business Analysts;
  • Facilitating specification walkthroughs, handovers, and forums to assist in EBS Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform priorities and deliverables;
  • Managing system defects and issues through triage and prioritization;
  • Supporting internal and external Pega Quality reviews;

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in agile delivery methodology, including project management and delivery management tools;
  • Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years' experience working as a Pega Senior/Lead Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms;
  • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies;
