Job Summary

As a seasoned Pega expert, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating workshops and drive design thinking principles to identify business needs. You will also participate in project team design workshops, ensuring alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document business needs using design thinking methodologies.
  • Prepare, facilitate and attend walkthrough reviews of designs to ensure alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Contribute to project team design workshops, reviewing designs where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in agile delivery methodology for large-scale IT system solutions.
  • Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years' experience working on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.
  • Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
