Key Responsibilities

The Senior Pega Analyst will be accountable for conducting workshops with stakeholders to identify and document business needs using design thinking principles.

They will also prepare, facilitate, and attend playbacks to ensure alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations.

The successful candidate will document specifications under the oversight of the Enterprise Business Solution Lead and review them accordingly.

Additionally, they will prioritize system defects and issues and support the section with internal and external Pega Quality reviews.

Technical Expertise
  • Delivering large IT system solutions using agile delivery methodologies.
  • Pega Business Architect certification and experience working on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.
  • Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies expertise.

This is a long-term contract opportunity requiring an Australian citizen with Baseline security clearance.
