Job Profile

This role involves collaboration with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements using design thinking principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and facilitate regular workshops to gather and document business needs.
  • Participate in project team design meetings and conduct reviews of designs as needed.
  • Document specifications under the guidance of the Enterprise Business Solution Lead and Lead Pega Business Analysts.
  • Organize walkthroughs, handovers, and forums to support EBS Pega Platform and Cloud Pega Platform priorities and deliverables.
  • Provide assistance during internal and external Pega Quality reviews.
Requirements
  • Hold a Pega Business Architect certification and possess at least 3 years' experience working as a Pega Senior/Lead Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
