Senior Pega Specialist

This role is pivotal in our team, driving business process re-engineering projects through the Pega Platform and Cloud Pega.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience applying agile delivery methodologies, utilizing project management and delivery tools to deliver complex IT solutions. They will hold a Pega Business Architect certification and possess 3+ years' experience working as a Pega Senior/Lead Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.

They will excel at stakeholder communication and facilitation, with the ability to document business needs using design thinking principles and techniques. They will participate in specification walkthroughs, handovers, and forums to ensure alignment of stakeholder needs and expectations.

  • Prepare workshops with stakeholders to identify business needs using design thinking;
  • Participate in project team design workshops and facilitate reviews of designs where applicable;
  • Document specifications under oversight of Enterprise Business Solution Lead and Lead Pega Business Analysts;
  • Facilitate specification walkthroughs, handovers, and forums for EBS Pega and Cloud Pega priorities and deliverables;
  • Support triage, prioritization, and system defect resolution;
  • Assist with internal and external Pega Quality reviews;

The successful candidate will be an Australian citizen with Baseline security clearance, holding a strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.
