Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable

The role of a Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable is pivotal in managing receivables, optimizing cash flow, and mitigating risk while fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage debtor account information with precision.
  • Process debtor receipts, credit notes, and reconcile accounts efficiently.
  • Ensure timely collections from customers through effective management.
  • Maintain accurate debtors' days and ageing.
  • Provide weekly cash flow & credit analysis updates.
  • Assist with month-end activities, including customer statements.
  • Analyze aged debtors & credit note reporting for informed decision-making.
  • Prepare a monthly cash flow forecast to ensure financial stability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
  • A solid background in Credit Control with extensive experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
