Credit Account Manager

As a Collection Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a specific group of credit customer accounts. You will oversee the reconciliation process, ensure timely collection, and resolve any queries related to these accounts.
You will also handle internal and external communication effectively, navigating high-volume calls at a fast pace within a skilled team environment.
This role is situated within the Credit Department at our Store Support Centre Rivervale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciliation of credit customer accounts
- Collection of credit customer accounts
- Maintenance and query resolution for credit customer accounts
- Management of internal and external phone calls
Requirements:

- Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills
