We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Assistant to join our team in Sydney. As a Claims Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our Case Managers in the Hospitality Industry Insurance (HII) business.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Case Managers in HII, including claims administration, processing, and management.
- Organize medical appointments, investigations, police reports, and interpreter services.
- Manage basic phone enquiries, such as unpaid accounts and changing medical appointments.
- Ensure invoices and payments comply with GST/ITC guidelines.
- Process invoices and third-party or worker reimbursements.
- Previous experience in administration and office support or extensive customer service experience.
- Competent use of MS Word and Excel.
- High level of typing accuracy.
- Ability to take direction and a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
