Customer Service Delivery Associate

Join a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences in the local community.

  • You will operate Coles vans, navigating busy streets and suburban roads to deliver customers' shopping orders to their homes during day or night shifts.

  • Ensure safe driving practices, adhering to traffic laws and regulations, while maintaining a clean and organized vehicle at all times.

  • Participate in order picking and packing processes, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met for efficient delivery operations.

  • Maintain active lifestyle, frequently standing, lifting, and carrying groceries from the van to designated delivery points, which may involve stairs.

  • Work flexible hours across store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with varying shift durations from 5am-1pm and 1pm-11pm.

Key Requirements:

  • Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence and a clean driving record, requiring consent for police and driving history checks.

  • Confidence in navigating complex road networks and handling customer interactions with enthusiasm and energy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.

  • Basic computer literacy and adaptability to learn new systems and technologies.
