Role Overview

Aptella is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join their team in Regency Park. This full-time permanent role requires a high level of personal responsibility and autonomy to deliver quality services that maintain a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of machine control systems and equipment.
  • Calibration and commissioning of machine systems and attachments.
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support.
  • Servicing and maintaining equipment.
  • Customer training and education.
About You
  • Trade-qualified auto electrician, heavy diesel mechanic, or light vehicle mechanic with a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and manage customer relationships and expectations.
  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Sound computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office applications.
Requirements
  • Driver's license (car).
Desirable
  • Experience with heavy equipment mechanical repairs and maintenance.
  • Experience with heavy equipment auto electrical repairs and maintenance.
  • Experience with mobile plant hydraulic systems.
  • Knowledge of surveying practices, techniques, and concepts.
