About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our Technical Services Team in Newcastle. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, ensuring excellent service delivery and building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain and install Wagering and Gaming equipment located within our Venues, Clubs and Pubs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Prioritise and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
What You'll Bring
  • An interest in electronics with some prior experience servicing electronic equipment, whether gained through work, hobbies or personal projects
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Integrity, respect, and a can-do attitude
  • Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable licences, and a full driver's license
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evenings, providing you with a varied and engaging work schedule.
