Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating ophthalmic equipment across various medical facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ophthalmic devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
  • Perform preventive maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Document service activities accurately and maintain service records.
  • Participate in equipment installations and upgrades.
Requirements
  • Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience servicing Ophthalmology devices will be highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
