Job Description:

Risk management is a pivotal aspect of our operations, and we are seeking an accomplished Strategic Risk Management Professional to collaborate with our business unit. This role involves providing expert guidance and support on all facets of risk management, ensuring that business-related risks are identified, assessed, monitored, and mitigated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit leadership team to embed our Risk Management Framework
  • Lead and support risk assessments, ensuring effective controls are designed, implemented, and tested
  • Partner with stakeholders to align business processes with best-practice risk management and compliance
  • Maintain accurate and transparent risk registers, providing insightful reporting to executive and enterprise-level stakeholders
  • Oversee remediation of control failures, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Analyse data and provide reporting into emerging risks, trends, and exceptions
  • Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy obligations
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, systems, and controls
