Strategic Risk Management Professional

This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance and integrate risk management practices within a dynamic organisation.
- The successful candidate will have prior knowledge of non-financial risk management and an understanding of essential risk management processes.
Key responsibilities include partnering with other risk teams to establish and mature the operating model, as well as establishing a business-as-usual (BAU) operating rhythm.
The ideal candidate will possess adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additionally, they will have a proactive approach towards achieving outcomes, work efficiently as an individual, and be happy to upskill and progress professionally.
As a broad and strategic role, this position offers exposure to senior-level decisions in a line 2 capacity and the chance to be innovative and create new ways of doing things.
Working in a fully remote capacity, you will still receive support from your manager and be part of a fantastic culture that prides itself on teamwork and collaboration.
