Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the registry team with a proactive approach to issues management and a strong focus on performance improvement.
  • Oversee critical projects and contribute to strategic initiatives including analysing operational data and providing high-level advice to senior executives.
  • Prepare and manage high-level communications including briefings, reports, submissions and notes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the IRC liaising with stakeholders and coordinating responses to meet critical deadlines.
  • Implement monitor and report on strategic operational and project plans to support informed decision-making.
  • Research and prepare strategic advice and reports on complex policy planning and operational matters.
