About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Experience Designer to join our team at RMIT University. As a key member of our digital learning team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative digital learning solutions that enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with curriculum and digital learning resource specialists to implement key initiatives within the RMIT Library Digital Learning Team (DLT)
  • Work on projects such as the Learning Lab migration project, interface design for an online repository of digital learning objects, and direction for modifications to service design for digital resources managed by the Library
  • Develop and manage extensible, open, cross-curricular digital resources that suit multiple contexts and audiences
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team while balancing workflows and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • High-level interpersonal and professional communication skills to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams with different levels of technical knowledge
  • Demonstrable experience in leading digital design informed by analytics, prototyping, user stories, and research to drive engagement outcomes and improvements to the overall customer journey
