We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Perth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks including document production, scanning and binding; company and title searches; time recording and courier requests.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment with high performing teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in legal or general administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong eye for detail to ensure all work produced is of the highest standard.
  • High level organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively so that deadlines are met.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters that are handled.
  • The ability to work within a team environment to assist co-workers as needed.
