Operations Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Practice Manager, leading business operations and overseeing the financial, HR, and business development aspects of our consultancy.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing daily operations, including invoicing, payroll, accounts, and reporting. They will also oversee HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff records, as well as business development activities like fee proposals, tenders, and networking events.

Additionally, they will be responsible for integrated management systems, executive assistance, and office operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

About You:
  • We are looking for a highly organised and proactive professional with at least 5 years' experience in practice, office, or business management.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) are essential.
  • Strong financial management and reporting skills are required, as well as excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing HR processes and compliance frameworks is also necessary.
  • A professional, discreet, and collaborative approach is expected, along with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability with new systems.

This role requires a minimum of 3 days per week in an office-based setting in Wollongong. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, where you can grow and develop your skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
