We are seeking a Roof Carpenter Apprentice to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow in their career, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting our experienced carpenters with various tasks, including roof framing, wall framing and wall cladding installation. They will also participate in the development of their trade skills through formal education at TAFE.

As a member of our team, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $14-$17 per hour
  • A 38-hour work week, with regular breaks and time off
  • All necessary tools and equipment provided
  • Ongoing training and support from our experienced mentors

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

  • No prior carpentry experience required; however, a willingness to learn and take direction is essential
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Physical capability to undertake required tasks, including working at heights
  • A current Australian Driver's License (preferable) or ability to get to site
  • A White Card and between the ages of 16-20 years old (mature-age applicants need not apply)
