Graduate Information Technology Analyst Role

This is a permanent opportunity for a graduate to shape their career through hands-on experience and expertise in technology.

You will collaborate with experienced professionals, rotate through corporate offices, mines, and refineries, and stay connected with your community, hobbies, friends, and family.

The role involves:

  • Developing capability and expertise as a technology professional in supporting mining or refining operations.
  • Assisting in the design, implementation, and maintenance of mining systems and software applications.
  • Assisting with project management duties associated with delivering operational systems and software applications.
  • Analysing operational data to troubleshoot issues arising from the use of IT systems in operations equipment.
  • Engaging directly with site-based customers to gather requirements and provide input into technology roadmaps.
  • Assisting in building standards and specifications for onboard operational technology installations.
  • Understanding and practicing safety procedures and controls to keep all employees safe while working in an active operating area.
