About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Venue Manager to lead our brand-new restaurant in Burpengary East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our venue.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant or hospitality management, with excellent communication and people skills. They will be able to inspire their team, drive results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory, service, and facilities
  • Drive sales and make data-driven decisions
  • Create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Build great relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Foster a positive workplace culture based on teamwork, fun, and excellence
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • A proven leader who inspires their team and drives results
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
