Job Title: Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual documents including service agreements, NDAs, and statements of work in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Coordinate contract renewals and lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for services requiring re-tendering.
  • Support new site transitions by setting up facility service contracts and managing critical infrastructure post-defect liability period.
  • Participate in regular vendor and site meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee systems such as iPRO and SINE.
  • Maintain contract tracking tools and respond to new requests from site teams to ensure smooth vendor operations.
