About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure goods and services in accordance with our acquisition strategy, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions that meet our business needs.
  • Manage contract administration, including performance monitoring, payment scheduling, and dispute resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address procurement-related issues.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field, preferably within the defence industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in ASDEFCON suite, with knowledge of Defence acquisition processes and procedures.
