Job Title

This is an exciting and important role within the company as a dedicated internal IT Support specialist.

The position has varied responsibilities combining both Level 1 & 2 End user support as well as working closely with stakeholders on Business Analysis activities.

The job involves providing Level 1 & 2 End User Support to 45 people, responding to requests through JIRA, troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 systems and applications, setting up and supporting Windows and Mac devices, and identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices, proven ability in Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365, experience working as part of a small team, and previous experience working with JIRA ticketing system or equivalent.

A relevant IT certification or Bachelor's Degree is also required. Previous experience in Business Operations or Analysis is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 & 2 End User Support to 45 people
  • Respond to requests through JIRA and troubleshoot across Microsoft 365 systems and applications
  • Set up and Support Windows and Mac devices including MS Intune & Autopilot
  • Support and provision user access with EntraID
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline business operations
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices
  • Proven ability in Level 1 & 2 support of Microsoft 365
  • Experience working as part of a small team
  • Previous experience working with JIRA ticketing system or equivalent
