ERP Transformation Expert Required

We seek a seasoned ERP transformation expert to support a major ERP implementation project centered on SAP S/4HANA.

This role is responsible for supporting the design, build, testing, and deployment of the EPPM workstream using the SAP Activate methodology to deliver best practice solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document EPPM system requirements.
  • Analyze and streamline business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Support solution design, data migration, and system integration activities.
  • Contribute to test planning, UAT, and resolution of implementation issues.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and provide end-user support.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies while ensuring alignment to program objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business, ICT, and vendor teams.

Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in SAP ERP solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related modules (EPPM, ECC, FICO, MM).
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP transformation, migration, and large-scale implementations.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor collaboration skills.
  • Analytical and reporting capability to support data cleansing and system optimisation.
  • High level of organisation, written communication, and emotional intelligence.

Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in large-scale S/4HANA programs in government sectors.
  • Exposure to SAP Noveco.
  • Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA).
