Cost Management Cadet

Cadet - Cost Management is a key role within our organization, focusing on delivering exceptional cost management services to clients.
The successful candidate will work remotely in Malaysia, working closely with the talent acquisition partner for Australia and New Zealand. Our team of experts delivers outcomes that improve people's lives through programme, project, cost, asset and commercial management, controls and performance, procurement and supply chain, net zero and digital solutions.
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have entering third year of degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar, as well as an outgoing personality and excellent client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities- Pre contract cost planning services during design stages of projects.
- Post contract progress claim and variation assessments.
- Engage with local property market to gain market knowledge for use in delivery of our services.
- Assist with commission management of our commissions to assist in successful delivery of our services.
- Integrate with full cost management and project management teams in Queensland and support when required.
- Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
- Entering third year of degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar.
- Outgoing personality, client facing and ability to work independently, analytical thinking, and take the lead.
