What is the Buildcorp Cadet Program?

The 2-year program includes completing core disciplines and achieving defined learning outcomes within various teams and areas of the business unit in the streams of Engineering, design, on-site contracts administration, estimating & site supervision.

Desired Skills And Experience

To be eligible for the Program:

Students in their second last or last year of a construction, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, trade or building-related qualification
At the time of application candidates, hold Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency
Credit Grade Average
Be able to commence a 4-day working week (1 day Study) in February 2026

Apply for the Cadet Program

Please register your Expression of Interest for our cadet program. The formal recruitment process will begin in September 2026, with our successful cadets commencing at Buildcorp in February 2026. The recruitment process includes phone screening and a recruitment assessment centre selection day.
