Throughout the 2-year Cadet Program, you will be supported by subject matter experts, a designated mentor, a learning passport with core disciplines defined, learning and development programs and various social and networking events.

What is the Buildcorp Cadet Program?
The 2-year programincludes completing core disciplines and achieving defined learning outcomes within various teams and areas of the business unit in the streams of Engineering, design, on-site contracts administration, estimating & site supervision.Cadet Program benefitsOur Program offers a range of benefits, including :One paid day of study leave each weekPaid exam and pre-exam study timeProfessional and technical development activities throughout the yearNetworking days with subject matter experts both internally & externallyEarly Entry Talent Cohort knowledge sharing opportunitiesFormal mentoring programPromotion opportunities at the completion of the programTo be eligible for the Program :Students in their secondlast or last year of a construction, project management, engineering, quantity surveying, building design, trade or building-related qualificationAt the time of application, candidates hold Australian / New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent ResidencyCredit Grade AverageBe able to commence a 4-day working week (1 day Study) in February 2026Driver's License (Provisional or Full)Apply for the Cadet ProgramPlease apply to be considered for the Buildcorp Cadet Program.
The formal recruitment process will begin in late August 2025, with our successful cadets commencing at Buildcorp in February 2026.
