Job Description- Provide pre-contract cost planning services during the design stages of projects.
- Assess post-contract progress claims and variations.
- Engage with the local property market to gather market knowledge for service delivery.
- Assist with the management of our commissions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with full cost management and project management teams in Queensland and support when required.
- Work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
- Currently in the third year of a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Outgoing personality with client-facing skills, the ability to work independently, analytical thinking, and leadership qualities.
