Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a cadet to join our team.

This position offers a comprehensive introduction to contract administration, quality assurance, design and estimating. You will work closely with seasoned professionals who will mentor and guide you throughout your career.

The program is ideal for students studying construction management or a related field who are eager to complement their studies with practical experience.

As a cadet, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks such as:

  • Reviewing contracts and preparing sub-contractor agreements.
  • Preparing cost reports and processing payment claims and invoices.
  • Coordinating consultant meetings and taking minutes.
  • Accurately distributing documents and specifications.
  • Conducting quality assurance, safety and environmental inspections.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
