**Job Overview:**

  • Plan and coordinate with various team members to establish schedule inputs for major projects.

We are seeking a Scheduler/Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating with various team members to establish schedule inputs for major projects and programs. You will work closely with technical advisors, client experts, contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure the successful delivery of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain schedules for major projects and programs.
  • Monitor and analyze schedule achievements/progress and forecast.
  • Schedule analysis, comparisons, quality checks, critical path analysis, DCMA checks.
  • Schedule risk analysis, EVM, SPI monitoring.
  • Delay and forensic analysis of schedules.
  • Present technical schedule information in dashboards, summary reports, and senior leadership forums.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on infrastructure projects, particularly in rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, and transport sectors. They should also have strong skills in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and experience with project management tools like Power BI.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling and planning for major infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling principles and practices.
  • Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
