We have an exciting opportunity for a Planner to join the New Women and Babies Hospital project team in Perth In this role, you will effectively team provide technical expertise regarding planning and analysis of project schedule information to manage and maintain the Project Execution Schedule.

Webuild is delivering the design and construction of the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. Commissioned by the Western Australia Government, the project is destined to replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and will expand the healthcare services for women, children and their families in the State of West Australia, transforming the capacity of two important healthcare campuses: the Fiona Stanley Hospital complex and the Osborne Park Hospital.

Your focus will include:

• Demonstrates leadership in supporting the incident injury free work environment with visible compliance and participation.
• Drive integrated project controls model through intelligent coding between Primavera, Envision and Prism and educating the planners in their role with Envision on Quantities/Progress/Forecast Dates and Prism & Power BI on SCurves and Progress Reporting.
• Dependent on the project size, able to supervise or support the project set-up phase

  2. define the WBS/ABS
  3. work with cost to align the budgeted unit hrs / quantities from the estimate at cost plus
  4. set-up tracking & monitoring metrics to control,
  5. analyse and report project status, man-hours & progress;
  6. ensure alignment to clough contractual, reporting and control requirements
• Dependent on the project size and scope execution, able to manage schedule across all facets of engineering, procurement, subcontracts, fabrication, construction, pre-commissioning and closeout.
• Supervise and monitor schedule structure parameters for submissions by ensuring conformance with both Client and Clough internal guidelines.
• Responsible for incorporating progress updates into the working schedule utilising the agreed progress type:

What you will bring to the team:

• Previous multi discipline project planning experience ina Senior role
• Experience within vertical building industry is essential
• Experience within project execution environment with multi discipline exposure 
• Experienced User of Primavera P6 and Advanced skills in the MS office suite of applications and data management
• Understands how to apply physical progress and earned value measurement
