The Role & ProjectMACA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner – Crushing to join our corporate support centre in Welshpool, centrally located with onsite parking.
We provide crushing services for clients across Perth Metro, Southwest, Pilbara, and Goldfields.The Planner will develop and maintain maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks based on criticality and impact, and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.Build your future with one of WA's most trusted contractors.As a proud Thiess company, MACA specializes in mining, civil construction, infrastructure, and mineral processing.

Our social responsibility drives us, and we support our communities.Key responsibilities :Create and communicate the 2-weekly maintenance plan.Coordinate with the long-term planning team for the 3-month LTP and major component plans.Lead weekly plan review meetings with the site team.Develop shut plans for major shutdowns.Process oil sample bottles and review results.Prepare planned job packs.Monitor CMMS (AMT) hygiene.Order parts and organize labor for major work.Review completed job packs and log condition monitoring data.Update tyre management system as needed.Manage statutory tasks like plant registration and fire suppression.Provide feedback on maintenance strategies to the corporate team.To be successful in this role, you will have :Experience in mobile and fixed plant maintenance planning and scheduling.Experience with maintenance management systems; AMT experience is advantageous.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.Leadership experience.Good computer literacy.What we will offer you :A competitive salary and access to discounts from over 350 retailers.Paid maternity leave.Access to an online Wellbeing Centre.Salary sacrificing benefits.Referral bonus up to $2,500.Up to 10% savings on health insurance with BUPA, HBF, or HCF.Long-term opportunities are available, with room for growth and development at MACA.Make Your Mark.If you're ready to join us, apply today
