Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our dynamic front office team at Rydges Bankstown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk
  • Provide timely and efficient check-in and check-out services
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum one year of hotel front office experience
  • Experience with Opera or similar hotel PMS systems
  • The flexibility to work a rotating roster of AM, PM, and Overnight shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to work well in a high-pressure environment
