About the Job

The role of a Receptionist at ROBERT WALTERS AUSTRALIA requires a professional and welcoming individual to manage the front office operation. As the face of the company, you will provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees alike.

Your key responsibilities will include managing incoming calls, coordinating meeting room bookings, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

You will also be required to welcome and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner, handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and support administrative tasks as needed.
