About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist who can provide exceptional levels of customer service, manage front-of-house responsibilities, and help foster a culture that values collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of office operations and be able to maintain an organised and clean office environment that fosters productivity. They will also be responsible for managing meeting rooms, events, and office supplies, as well as overseeing catering, courier services, mail distribution, and supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a range of responsibilities, including:
- Providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, ensuring follow-ups are actioned in the CRM
- Managing meeting rooms, events, and office supplies to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining an organised and clean office environment that fosters productivity
- Keeping kitchens tidy and well-maintained
- Overseeing catering, courier services, mail distribution, and supplier relationships
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks and diary management
- Ensuring IT equipment in meeting rooms is updated and functional
- Organising weekly flower deliveries for the front of house
- Planning and coordinating internal events
- Overseeing building maintenance, including services like cleaning, plumbing, and security
- Acting as the first aid officer and fire warden
- Managing office invoices
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a corporate reception or concierge role
- A highly organised and proactive approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work as a team player in a small team environment
- Collaborative and consultative approach to work
