Job Description:

This role brings iconic Australian brands to life in-store as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for growing a portfolio of high-potential retail partners, driving sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution.

  • Own and grow a portfolio of retail partners
  • Drive sales through range expansion, promotions, and stronger distribution
  • Implement the "Perfect Store" model to enhance customer experience
  • Build strong relationships with pharmacists, retail managers, and staff
  • Capture and share competitor insights and on-the-ground opportunities
  • Monitor and report on store-level execution using Salesforce
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in sales or business development (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG helpful)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-builder with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Able to travel across your territory
