Senior Director Role

We are seeking a highly influential and hands-on Senior Director to lead our Partnerships and PR + Communications teams in Sydney.

This senior leadership role will oversee the development and execution of client plans, focused on creative excellence and growth. The ideal candidate will have a Business/Marketing degree or equivalent and 10+ years experience leading teams and working in an integrated agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a collaborative culture between departments within S&E and between Group Companies
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships within the Group Leadership Team
  • Champion S&E's specialist capabilities within the Group, identifying opportunities for integration and organic growth
  • Build strong rapport with key client decision makers to elevate the perception and reputation of S&E
  • Oversee Account Directors to develop and execute client plans, focused on creative excellence and growth
Requirements:
  • A leader - proven ability to build and inspire diverse teams
  • An influencer – able to take people on a journey, achieve buy-in across critical issues
  • Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of clients, management, and staff
  • Ability to work as a team and for the benefit of the team
