Role summary

Director Relationships, Large Clients will empower and support Australian businesses, guiding SMEs to achieve remarkable outcomes. You will champion a genuine, personable, and relationship-centric approach to business banking, driving growth through a client-centric proposition supported by our seasoned lenders.

Responsibilities
  • Independently addressing the financial needs of businesses with a pragmatic approach
  • Staying abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses
  • Building robust relationships with customers and business partners
  • Championing teamwork and collaborative problem-solving
  • Crafting and implementing best practice relationship models for our valued SME customers
Qualifications / About you
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to execute in > $15M space across large & complex trading business transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to originate transactions
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Proficient in credit writing and financial analysis
  • A self-starter with a proven ability to build networks
