About the Role

Enhance workforce capabilities by analysing training needs, facilitating development opportunities and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and develop training and development needs in collaboration with line managers to address immediate and long-term staff requirements.
  • Plan or facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Organise training schedules for new starters, ensuring collaboration with current staff who will mentor them.
  • Deliver comprehensive staff inductions to align with organisational goals.
  • Monitor progress through training programs, including E-Learning, and provide monthly reports to management.
  • Revise training programs to meet organisational changes or statutory requirements, as directed by management.
  • Evaluate existing learning programs, recommend changes and implement approved modifications.
Requirements
  • Cert IV Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable) or minimum 2 years' experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven experience in training and development preferably within the community services sector.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenges occurring in an organisation driven by change and innovation.
